Galaxy 3G/4G Setting (ON/OFF) is an app to let you add a button to activate the 3G/4G network on your Android. However, to use this app you need an Android version EARLIER than 3.0. If you have Android 2.2, 2.3, or 1.6 (quite common versions), you won't have any problems using this app. But if you have Android 3.0 or 4.0, it just won't work.
